Chicken Rice Garlic Chilli

Ingredients
5 finger-length red chilli de-seeded
2 chilli padi (bird’s eye chili) no need to de-seed
8 cloves garlic peeled
3 slices ginger grated
1 chicken stock
1/8 tsp salt to taste
2 tsp sugar to taste
juice from 2 limes
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 10 mins
Total Time 20 mins

  • In a food processor, blend everything. Add salt and sugar to taste
