Sourdough Bread (Advanced)

450 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml water
150 g sourdough starter
Multiseeds (pumpkin seeds, raisins, oats, sunflower seeds)


  • Combine ingredients and knead until window pane effect. Do not add flour. If sticky add oil.
  • Proof 3 hours
  • Shape te Doug
  • Add flour to bowl. Put dough into owl. add flour on top of dough.
  • Proof 3 hoirs. Add flour on plate. Put dough on plate.
  • Score the bread. Put hot water in bowl plate to create steam. 230 degrees Celsius, bake 30 to 45 minutes.
