In large bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and warm water and stir in yeast. Proof around 6 minutes
Mix remaining sugar salt and oil and mix in flour. Add raisins, cherries and oats. Of sticky add oil.
Knead until window pane effect. Place in well oiled bowl.
Raise for 1 hour
Knead for 1 minute, divide into two. Shapes into loaf and place into two greased pans.
Allow rise for 30 minutes
Baked at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 to 45 minutes
