200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • Make a hole in flour and put in salt, water, baking soda. Mix until you have the following and rest 30 minutes. if too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Roll until 1mm thin and add flour.
  • Add flour on the top and bottom and fold. t
  • Cut.
  • Use fingers to toy and unfold the noodles
