Mussels and Calm Chowder


1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 Potatoes

3 tablespoon all purpose flour

1 cup water

1 chicken stock

put onion, garlic and stir fry

put in flour and stir fry

put in water and chicken stock

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes

Add mussels or calms
