Mushroom Soup

Mushroom Soup is very similar to tomato, carrot, spinach soup.

To make carrot, spinach or tomatoes soup, replace mushroom with carrot, spinach or tomatoes. After cook, put in blender and blend.

To make chowder, replace mushroom with potatoes. After cook, add mussels or calms.



1 onion

3 garlic

500g mushroom

3.5 tablespoon flour

1 cup water

1 chicken stock

some milk


Put oil, onion, garlic and stir fry

put in mushroom

put in flour, stir

Put in Water and chicken stock. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Occasionally stirring until thicken.

Put in milk.
