Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce


1 onion finely chopped

3 cloves garlic chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Some minced grounded meat

1 can tomatoes crushed

1 pound dried spaghetti

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion and garlic, stir until fragrance (like stir fry vegetables in my previous recipes), add meat, add 1 teaspoon salt. Cook until meat is cooked

Carefully pour in 1 can crushed tomatoes, season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, being to boil and simmer until sauce thicken. 20 minutes

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add 1 pound of dried spaghetti and cook as package stated 12 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

Add sauce and spaghetti, add some pasta water, toss until combined.
