650 g of minced meat

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon grounded black pepper

4 hamburgers


In a large bowl, add minced meat, sprinkle evenly with salt, garlic powder and pepper, use hands to mix until combined.

Divide meat into four, take 1/4 of meat mixture and use your hands to press it to shape of hamburger patty and make an indention in the middle. Repeat for the remainder.

Place the meat onto the grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Adding cheese, add a slice of cheese on the meat for 1 minute.

Serve the burgers on hamburger buns with toppings lettuce and onion. Combine 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and tomato sauce for sauce.
