White Kimchi (baek kimchi)

1 nappa cabbage

100g salt


1 tablespoon grated garlic

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon sugar

1 chicken stock and 2 to 3 tablespoon water

3 tablespoon korea chilli


Cut cabbage into 1 inches

massage cabbage using salt until it soften

wait for 1 hour

Rinse three times

Mix seasonings and rub or mix with cabbage
