Bok Choy Kim Chi

1 pound baby bok choy

1 tablespoon salt


1 tablespoon grated garlic

1 teaspoon grated ginger

3 tablespoon chilli

1chicken stock and 2 to 3 tablespoon water


Separate leaves by cutting stems of each bok choy

Place bok choy in large bowl and add salt and massage until all go in. Wait 1 hour.

mix seasonings

rinse bok choy twice

Add seasoning mix and rub and mix bok choy
