Kkakdugi (Radish kimchi)

Ingredients
100 g salt
3 radish
seasoning
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 chicken stock and 2 to 3 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon korea chilli
Prepare
cut into 1 inch thick disc
Sprinkle salt over radishes and rub till all go in. Wait 1 hour

Mix the seasoning
drain and rinse radishes 3 times
place radish back into bowl and add seasoning

mix everything well
