Lap Wei Fan (腊味饭)


300 g rice

600 g water
Some oil

1 onion

Some homemade La lou

Some homemade La chang

Some homemade La Ya


1 teaspoon of chef eric armatic oil

1 teaspoon of seasame oil

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon dark soya sauce

1 teaspoon light soya sauce

Some braised mushrooms or mushrooms

Some spring onions

Some vegetables

Put oil in and onion. Fry until golden brown.

Put rice and water

Put la lou, la chang, la ya,  add in some salt.

Close lid and boil for 45 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon chef eric armatic oil, 1 teaspoon, seasame oil, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce, stir.

Put in braised mushrooms and sauce
