Braised Vegetables and Red Fermented Beancurd


Some glass noodles

beancurd skin sheets

3 slices ginger

1 red fermented beancurd

some nappa cabbages

some carrots

some fungus

fry glass noodles

Fry Beancurd skins

Put oil in pan, put in ginger, saute and stir until aromatic

put in red fermented beancurd

put in nappa cabbages

Put in carrot

Put in fungus

Put in Beancurd skins and noodles

Close lid for 4 minutes

Put in plate
