Braised Mushrooms

Ingredients

400 g mushrooms

100 g dried oyster

11 cloves garlic

some soaked fish maw and fa cai

3 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 litre water and 1 chicken stock

prepare

Soak dried oyster and dried mushrooms

Put garlic in and oil in, stir fry until fragrance. put in mushrooms stir fry mushrooms with 3 tablespoon oyster sauce, sugar and salt

pour water, 1 chicken stock, boil then put in slow cooker to cook for 8 hours.
