Cream Cheese

Ingredients
2 litre milk
8 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon yogurt
Prepare
Bring milk to simmer, just below boiling

Add 8 tablespoon of vinegar and stir
remove from heat and seat for 15 minutes
Put a cheese cloth and remove water from cheese.

Add salt

Press to remove water

Put 3 tablespoon yogurt

Blend in food blender
