Homemade Yogurt


2 litres milk

115 g yogurt


Over medium heat. Warm the milk before boiling, stir the milk gently

Let the milk cool until just warm to touch

Thin the yogurt with milk, scoop out about a cup of milk into bowl, add yogurt and whisk until smooth.

While whisking gently, pour the yogurt into the milk

Cover the dutch oven and place the whole pot into turn off oven. Wrap pot with towels.
Let the yogurt set for a least 4 hours and put it into refrigerator.
