La Ya 腊鸭

  • 6 drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 gui pi
  • Some cumin seeds
  • 1.5 tableepoon wine
  1. In wok (dry), fry salt, hua jiao, ba jiao, gui pi until brown
  2. Put salt on chicken or duck drum stick. I do not have duck drumsticks, hence, I yse chicken drumsticks
  3. Massage the salt
  4. Put 1 tablespoon wine.
  5. Put in fridge for 48 hours
  6. Hang for 2 weeks
