La Ya 腊鸭

- 6 drumsticks
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1 star anise
- 1 gui pi
- Some cumin seeds
- 1.5 tableepoon wine
- In wok (dry), fry salt, hua jiao, ba jiao, gui pi until brown
- Put salt on chicken or duck drum stick. I do not have duck drumsticks, hence, I yse chicken drumsticks
- Massage the salt
- Put 1 tablespoon wine.
- Put in fridge for 48 hours
- Hang for 2 weeks
