Homemade Granola


  • 360g rolled oat
  • 230 g nuts and or seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fine grained salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 70 g cup oil
  • 205 g cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 130g cup dried fruit


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a large rimmed baking sheet
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts and/or seeds salt cinnamon. Stir to blend
  3. Pour in oil, hiney and vanilla, mix well until every 9at and nut is lightly coated. 
  4. Bake until golden brown around 21 to 24 minutes. 

Let the granola to cool for 45 minutes, top with dried fruits and optional chocolate chips. Break granola into pieces with hands
