Chef Goh Signature Soya Sauce

Ingredients

  • Celery 50g
  • Carrot 50g
  • Onion 50g
  • Some wine
  • 30 g ikan bilis
  • 240 g soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red dates dark soya sauce
  • 120 g water
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Prepare

  1. Soak wine and ikan bilis for 1 hour
  2. Put oil in pan
  3. Put celery, carrot, onion and stir fry
  4. Put in ikan bilis
  5. Put in soy sauce
  6. Put in dark soya sauce
  7. Put in water
  8. Put in vinegar
  9. Put in sugar
  10. Stir fry
  11. Put in plate.
