Asian Eastern Recipes Club provides easy-to-make, more of Singapore Food Recipes. 120 g unsalted butter
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g all purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
130 g cup milk
350g unsalted butter
776g confectioners’ sugar
100 g whole milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Grease and flour a 9 x 9 inch pan In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter, beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
Bake 30 to 40 minutes for cake 175 degree c
For cupcakes, 20 to 25 minutes 175 degree c
Make the frosting
Assemble Slice a thin layer of the cake to create flat surface Place one layer of cake on cake stand Evenly cover the top with about 1 and 1/2 cup frosting top with second layer, 1 and 1/2 cup of frosting, top with third layer. Spread remaining frosting all over top and sides.
