Beer Can Chicken

1 chicken

1 beer can

Rub

3 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon mixed herbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoon turmeric

1 tablespoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon chilli powder

Chicken Cavity

1 green onion

3 ginger slices

Prepare

Open can of beer and pour 2/4 of it into roasting pan

Mix all rub ingredients and oil

Rub all over chicken

Put onion and ginger into cavity

Put can of beer into cavity

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, 218 degree C
