Sourdough Pizza
400 g flour 6 to 10 g salt 280 g water 50 g sourdough starter 4 tomatoes Some salt Some sugar Some oil Some pepper 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Mix rest for 30 minutes. Knead until you have windows pane effect. rest and ferment for 12 to 20 hours
