COVID hhas caused many western people to bake their own bread. Yhere are a lot of news on bread.





Sourdough Bread (Advanced)
450 g flour1 teaspoon salt 300 ml water150 g sourdough starter Multiseeds (pumpkin seeds, raisins, oats, sunflower seeds)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and knead until window pane effect. Do not add flour. If sticky add oil.
- Proof 3 hours
- Shape te Doug
- Add flour to bowl. Put dough into owl. add flour on top of dough.
- Proof 3 hoirs. Add flour on plate. Put dough on plate.
- Score the bread. Put hot water in bowl plate to create steam. 230 degrees Celsius, bake 30 to 45 minutes.
