I try to pull the Lanzhou hand pulled noodles but failed. Hence, I made the other type of hand pull noodle that is 一根面

一根面 a great and famous food in Singapore. You can find 一根面 where you reached Singapore at the basement, Terminal 3, Changi Airport.

You can find top 一根面 at Tanjong Pagar at the central of Singapore, the place you most probably will be touring.

Yi Gan Mian

Ingredients
200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g water
Some salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a hole in flour, put in water and salt. Mix until you have the following and rest 30 minutes. If too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Cut to 3 part
  • Roll and stretch long
  • Put in plate and put oil. Rest 1 hour.
  • Roll to thinner.
  • Hand pull it.
