Hand Pulled Noodles; Biang Biang Noodles

I try to pull the Lanzhou hand pulled noodles but failed. Hence, I made the other type of hand pull noodle that is Biang Biang Noodles.

Biang Biang Noodles is a great and famous food in Singapore. You can find Biang Biang Noodles when you reached Singapore at the basement, Terminal 3, Changi Airport.

You can find top Biang Biang Noodles at Tanjong Pagar at the central of Singapore, the place you most probably will be touring.

Biang Biang Noodles

Ingredients
200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g water
Some salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a hole in flour and put in salt and water. Mix until you have the following and rest 30 minutes. if too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Cut into 4 portions or parts or pieces
  • Put oil and rest 1 hour
  • Tretch or pull.
  • Tear nto two.
  • Create the rest or other.
  • Put in water abd add salt and cook. Put in fried garlic oil or fried spring onions oil.
