250 g flour
130 g water
20 g instant yeast
500 g ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
Some white pepper
1/2 tablespoon 5 spices powder
2 caps light soya sauce
2 caps dark soya sauce
Some seasame oil

Instructions
 

  • Put in pork, salt, pepper, 5 spices powder, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, seasame oil
  • Make a hole in flour, put in water and salt. Mix until you have the following and rest 2 hours
  • Roll the dough, slice it into pieces
