Self made Soya Milk

Ingredients
500 g Soya beans
2500 ml water
1 cup water
60 g sugar u

Instructions
 

  • Soak Soya Beans overnight
  • Put in water
  • Process or blend
  • Filter and squeeze milk using cloth or cheese cloth. Left is okara.
  • Soya Milk not boiled.
  • Boil Soya Milk. Add water and sugar and heat or boil to create sugar syrup
