Beetroot Homemade Ramen

Ingredients
200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g Beetroot Juice
Beetroot juices…
1 Beetroot
500 g water
Some salt

Instructions
 

  • Put in beetroot and
  • Put in Blender and food processor
  • Blend eetroot and ater.
  • Filter.
  • Make a hole in flour and put in beetroot juice and mix. If too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Rest 30 minutes
  • Roll until 1mm thin. On top stick add flour, bottom stick add flour
  • Fold.
  • Cut.
  • Use fingers to toil and unfold noodles
