500 ml water
some scallon
Some

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil, add scallon, ginger, pork fat. Once ater begins to boil, remove pork fats
  • Bring ok mdium heat, Put pork fat nto wok.
  • Once pork fat is gden brown, put in plate
  • Put in bowl
