White Ramen is a great and famous food in Singapore. You can find Wanton when you reached Singapore at the basement, Terminal 3, Changi Airport.

You can find top white Ramen at Tanjong Pagar at the central of Singapore, the place you most probably will be touring.

White Ramen

Ingredients
200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Make a hole in flour and put in salt, water, baking soda. Mix until you have the following and rest 30 minutes. if too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Roll until 1mm thin and add flour.
  • Add flour on the top and bottom and fold. t
  • Cut.
  • Use fingers to toy and unfold the noodles
