Spinach Ramen

Add Some Salt and baking soda to water when boil and cook spinach. See the video below to know how to make, I modified from the video and my dumpling recipes.

Spinach Ramen is a great and famous food in Singapore. You can find Spinach Ramen when you reached Singapore at the basement, Terminal 3, Changi Airport.

You can find top spinach Ramen at Tanjong Pagar at the central of Singapore, the place you most probably will be touring.

Spinach Ramen

Ingredients
Spinach Juice
250 g spinach
500 g water
Some salt
Some baking soda
Noodles
200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour
100 g spinach juice

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in pan.
  • Add in spinach.
  • Put spinach in water.
  • Put spinach and water in blender
  • Blend water and spinach.
  • Filter spinach juice
  • Make a hole in flour and put in spinach juice
  • Mix and rest 30 minutes. if too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
  • Roll until 1mm thin and add flour
  • On top add flour, bottom add flour and fold
  • Toy
    Cut.
  • Toy and unfold the noodles
