Wanton

Ingredients
Skin care
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
60g water
240 g all purpose flour
Meat
Some Vegetables
250 g ground pork
Some seasame oil
Some white pepper
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Some Wine

Instructions
 

  • Put in vegetables, pork, seasame oil, white pepper, light soya sauce, salt, wine
  • Mix.
  • Make a hole in flour and put in salt, water, egg. Mix and if too tough add water, if too sticky add flour. Rest 30 minutes
  • Roll until 1mm thin
  • Cut squarea from dough.
  • For every square roll until thin. (common sense, square can be thick)
  • Put in meat
  • Fold.

  • I make wantons first time, I am not china citizens and chef, hence, not so nice. The skin is thick, hence, we can use machine and tool to make it thinner
  • Cook ramen and wanton and we an get wanton ramen
