Asian Eastern Recipes Club provides easy-to-make, more of Singapore Food Recipes. It will introduce you where to find the food when you are at Singapore Changi Airport, and where to find the food at Central Area or City while you tour, and how to make these food when you get home. My mother asked me to help "wash rice, look at the fire" since I am young, and the recipes are Singapore Recipes, and I, Singaporean, have cooked them from 2013 to present.

Dumplings is a great and famous food in Singapore. You can find Dumplings when you reached Singapore at the basement, Terminal 3, Changi Airport.
You can find top dumplings at Tanjong Pagar at the central of Singapore, the place you most probably will be touring.
Ingredients Skin200 g wheat flour or all purpose flour 100 g water 1/4 teaspoon salt Meat Some Chinese Chives Some Carrots 250 g ground pork 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine 1 tablespoon oilSome seasame oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 caps light soya sauce Some white pepper 1 tablespoon water
Make a hole in flour, put in water and salt. Mix until you have the following and rest 30 minutes. If too tough add water and if too sticky add flour
Put in Chives, carrots, pork, shaoxing wine, seasame oil, light soya sauce, salt, white pepper, water
Take some dough from dough, try to get 3 inch round as follows. On top stick add flour, bottom stick add flour
Add in 1 tablespoon of grounded meat.
Fold the dough and pinch the edges
When I make the dumpling first time, it is not so nice and breaks. I am not china citizens and chef, hence, the dumpling is not so nice.
When I make the dumpling third time, I edited the recipe. At first flour is 100g, then flour is 180g, and then flour is 200g like in wanton recipe. Wheat flour is nice, all purpose flour may need more flour
Put in ramen and dumplings into water and and cook them, you can get dumpling ramen.
