  • When I make the dumpling first time, it is not so nice and breaks. I am not china citizens and chef, hence, the dumpling is not so nice.
  • When I make the dumpling third time, I edited the recipe. At first flour is 100g, then flour is 180g, and then flour is 200g like in wanton recipe. Wheat flour is nice, all purpose flour may need more flour
  • Put in ramen and dumplings into water and and cook them, you can get dumpling ramen.
