Kimchi

Ingredients
Nappai Cabbage
75 g salt
water
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1 chicken storck and 2 to 3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons Korean chili

Instructions
 

  • Cut abbage into quarters
  • Cut quarter rosswise and get 2 inches
  • Massage cabbage using salt until it soften
  • Add ater to cover Cabbage, and put plate on top and weigh it down and stand for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Rinse th Cabbage 3 times and put in colander for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Mix garlic, ginger, sugar and chicken stock to form mooth
  • Mix with Cabbage
  • Pack in a jar and press it down until brine rises to cover Cabbage
  • Let it ferment for 1 to 5 days. Put in plate
  • Put in plate
