Buddha Jumps Over the Wall 佛跳墙

I cook this during NTU.
Chicken is $5, pork tendon is $10, scallop is $10, fish maw 1 large pack is $20. This course can be eaten for 2 days on Chinese New Year.
Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is when a scholar travel by foot during Qing Dynasty, the scholar preserve all is food for journey in a clay jar. Whenever he has a meal, he will warm up the ingredients. Once arrived at FuZhou, the scholar start cooking the dish. The smell spread to nearby Buddhist Monastery, and a monk are not allowed to eat meat jumped over the wall to eat the food.

Ingredients 1 Cabbage 1 pack Chicken 1 pack pork tendon 1 pack scallop 4 pieces fish maw 2 pack Chicken Stock (Swason)
Instructions
- Put in Cabbage
- Put in Chicken
- Put in Pork Tendon
- Put in Scallops
- Put in fish
- Put in 2 pack Chicken Stock
- Start fire and
- Simmer for 20 minutes
- Put in Bowl
