My mother asked me to help "wash rice, look at the fire" since I am young, and the recipes are Singapore Recipes, and I, Singaporean, have cooked them from 2013 to present.

I cook this during NTU.
Chicken is $5, pork tendon is $10, scallop is $10, fish maw 1 large pack is $20. This course can be eaten for 2 days on Chinese New Year.
Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is when a scholar travel by foot during Qing Dynasty, the scholar preserve all is food for journey in a clay jar. Whenever he has a meal, he will warm up the ingredients. Once arrived at FuZhou, the scholar start cooking the dish. The smell spread to nearby Buddhist Monastery, and a monk are not allowed to eat meat jumped over the wall to eat the food.
