IngredientsSome Pork belly, pork skin, duck or chicken Some eggs, hard boiledMarinate pork belly:Some light soy sauceSome white pepperSome seasame oil Ingredients for braising sauce2 liter of water 12 star anise16 dried cloves3 cinnamon stick (桂皮)4 cloves of garlic4 tablespoon of light soy sauce8 tablespoons of dark soy sauce4 tablespoon of rice wine4 tablespoon of sugar4 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken, pork belly, pork skin, duck for overnight Add all the braising sauce ingredients to Pot.
- Add in Pork skin, duck, chicken, pork belly
- Boil and simmer for 45 minutes
- Put in plate
