You can cook your own braised pork belly, pork skin, duck and chicken:

Braised Pork Belly, Chicken, Duck

Some Pork belly, pork skin, duck or chicken 
Some eggs, hard boiled
Marinate pork belly:
Some light soy sauce
Some white pepper
Some seasame oil 
Ingredients for braising sauce
2 liter of water 
12 star anise
16 dried cloves
3 cinnamon stick (桂皮)
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoon of light soy sauce
8 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
4 tablespoon of rice wine
4 tablespoon of sugar
4 teaspoon of sesame oil
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 10 mins
Total Time 20 mins


  • Marinate chicken, pork belly, pork skin, duck for overnight
    Add all the braising sauce ingredients to Pot.
  • Add in Pork skin, duck, chicken, pork belly
  • Boil and simmer for 45 minutes
  • Put in plate
