You ccan cook your own sweet and sour fish at home:

Sweet and Sour Fish

Tempura 
1 large egg 
250 ml water 
145g all purpose flour
Sauce
1/2 cup or 119 g water 
3 tablespoons tomato sauce 
3 tablespoons vinegar 
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon seasame oil
1 teaspoon Corn or potato flour 
Fish
2 caps light soya sauce 
Some seasame oil
some white pepper 
Some Wine 
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 10 mins

Instructions
 

  • Put in 2 caps light soya sauce, some seasame oil, some wine, some pepper. Marinate fish. 
    Mix egg and water. Then put in flour. Add in fish. 
  • Fry until golden brown 
  • Put onion in the pan
  • Stir fry until golden brown
  • Put oil in pan, put in ingredients in sauce. Stir fry until boil. Add in onions, cucumbers, tomato,.. stir fry. 
  • Put sauce on tempura fish.
