You can cook your own chicken rice at home:

Chicken Rice
Ingredients Chicken1 chicken (1 kg) 3 cloves garlic 3 slices gingerjust enough water to cover chicken in a tight-fitting pot (approximatly 2-3 litres up)1 stalk of spring onion
Chicken Rice50 grams chicken skin optional400g long-grain white rice480 ml chicken broth 4 cloves garlic2 slices ginger1/2 chicken stock Suggestion: Buy a few chicken drumstick , remove the skin for making chicken rice. (A) Aromatics for chicken rice3 pandan leaves tied in a knot optionalDrizzling Sauce50g chicken broth1 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp light soy sauce

Instructions
- Clean the chicken by rubbing salt all over the skin and cavity. Rinse the salt thoroughly with water. Salt o taste.
- Stuff chicken cavity with 3 garlic and 3 slices of ginger, and a stalk of spring onions
- In a good fitting pot, add just enough water to cover the chicken and bring it to boil.
- turn heat to low then simmer for 30 minutes.
- transfer to ice water for 5 minutes
- Put Chicken skin and stir fry until fat is rendered from skin (optional . Put oil, ginger and garlic and stir until golden brown.
- Add in rice stir until well combine
- Put in rice cooker and add chicken stock and pandan leaves. Add 480 ml of chicken broth. Set rice cooker to cook.
- Combine 50g of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of seasame oil and 1 teaspoon of light soya sauce
- Chicken soup add sme salt. Add chicken and rice to plate. Chilli sauce see recipe. Ginger sauce see recipe
