1 chicken stock
2 to 3 tablespoons of potatoes starch
Some water
1 egg
1 fish

  • Buy fish maw from Zheng Zhong Ping.
  • Fish maw is $20. I got the fish maw every year since I saw them in NTU
  • Add the fish maw in water.
  • Soak until fish maw is very soft.
  • Add in chicken stock and water and cook until boil
  • Whisk the egg and turn the heat to low. Slowly add in the egg while stirring the soup
  • Add two or more tablespoons of potatoes starch, add in water and stir in a bowl. Let the soup boil, then pour in the potato starch mixture. Stir the soup.
  • Chop or cut or slice the fish maw. Put in the fish maw and cook until cooked
  • Put in bowl. You may add pepper, vinegar and wine
